The Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed for people who deliver efficient operation and control of the IT and/or Telecommunications infrastructure.
This standard has 3 options:
Support Technician, Network Technician and Digital Communications Technician.

The end point assessment, or EPA, for the Information Communications Technician standard is made up of two elements.
Apprenticeship standard
An apprenticeship standard is a short document based on an occupation, outlining the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) needed for someone to be competent in the occupation’s duties.
