Multi-Channel Marketer

The Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed for individuals who want to support customer focussed marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service.

What does Multi-Channel Marketer EPA involve?

The end point assessment, or EPA, for the Multi-Channel Marketer standard is made up of two components:

1

Project report

Apprentices will submit a 2,500 word project report by the end of week 12 of the EPA period detailing the project, the outcomes and evidence of competency.

The apprentice must produce and include a mapping in an appendix, showing how the report evidences the KSBs mapped to this assessment method.

2

Presentation with questions

The apprentice must prepare and deliver a presentation to an independent assessor. After the presentation, the assessor must ask the apprentice at least 6 questions about their project, report and presentation. The presentation with questions must last 45 minutes. This is typically split into the presentation of 20 minutes with questioning lasting 25 minutes. The purpose of the questioning is to seek clarification where required and verify the apprentice has reached the grading descriptors.

Apprenticeship standard

An apprenticeship standard is a short document based on an occupation, outlining the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) needed for someone to be competent in the occupation’s duties.

All apprenticeship standards have an accompanying assessment plan. This document details the independent assessment that apprentices will undertake at the end of the apprenticeship. This will include details on the assessment method(s) and processes that will be followed.
