At progress minded, we design and deliver end-point assessment with your learners, delivery teams, and employer partners in mind. Our aim is simple: a fair, well-managed, and flexible EPA that complements high-quality training delivery.
A collaborative approach

Gateway and EPA delivery
When an apprentice is ready for the gateway, we work with you to ensure that the documentation is complete and the expectations are clear.
Following gateway approval, we:
- Confirm assessment timelines
- Allocate assessors
- Review evidence in advance
- Agree on reasonable adjustments where required
- Deliver assessment in line with the published standard.
All grading decisions are quality assured to ensure consistency and transparency.
Assessment should feel like a natural conclusion to the learning journey, not a separate or disconnected event.
